There are lots of places to go to along the race route to cheer on your favorite runner.
Here are a few tips to getting around on Race Day:

Plan Ahead! Look at the race route ahead of time. Plan your timeline and route ahead of time. Use the race route links in the section above and plan your route ahead of time

Follow your runner. Download the Marine Corps Marathon app (link at the top). Enter their bib number and follow them along the route.

Use the Metro! The metro is the best way to get around DC to cheer on your runner along the way.

Meet us at the finish line! SF&AF has a hospitality tent near at the finish line in Charity Village. You can get to the finish line by taking the metro to the Rosslyn Metro station before 7:30am and the Arlington Metro Station after 7:30am

SF&AF Charity Village tent is the central meeting place for post run activities. We will have food and drinks for everyone waiting for their runners to finish the race.

Getting to the 10K Start
The link below will take you to the DC Metro site that shows the route to the 10k start (estimated time for travel - 1 hour).

Drop off personals with SF&AF staff- Attach second wrist band to clear bag as you exit the hotel (optional)

Walk to Crystal City Metro (SF&AF will have staff along the route)

Board the YELLOW LINE toward MOUNT VERNON SQUARE

Exit at Archives-Navy Memorial Penn Quarter metro station

Follow the crowd and walk up Pennysylvania Ave. to the start line at the President's Park
Getting to the 50k/Marathon Start
The link below will take you to a google map where the MCM Transportation buses will take you to the Pentagon for the start.

Drop off clear bag with personals as you exit the hotel (optional)

Exit hotel, turn left and head toward 27th & Crystal Dr.

Walk north on Crystal Dr. to MCM Busses
